Anne Marie's First Encounter: Lita Signing--Trumbull, CT 07.15.01
Ok, I had won front row tickets from a local radio station by sending in photos of my WWF memorabilia. I had already had tix so I gave them to my brother and sisters. My one sister had a 3rd row ticket right near the entrance ramp right near the fence!. Saturday I had to pick them up, but had to wait until after 5pm. So I decided to go wait outside at 2pm near the trucks unloading). Well, first X-pac, Tajiri, and William Regal show up together at 5 something. So, I'm like where is Hardys and Amy!? Finally they show up at about 6 something I think. Matt, Amy, and Gregory Helms showed up together. They all had Burger King -king size cups. Amy ran in practically. Probably cause she just got back from Canada and her match was early. Matt stayed out and posed a little for the fans. I didn't get to see Jeff show up. I had to go get my tickets. Now, when I got to my seats, I was so freaking close to the ring. I was right behind the table w/ the fireworks control guy. I'm only gonna recap the Hardys/ Amy parts. -Amy's match. It was Stacy/Torrie vs Lita/Trish. Well, first Stacy/Torrie came out. Than Lita/ Trish came out and the WCW girls ran out of the ring up the entrance ramp. Trish/Lita had to chase after them and throw them in the ring. Well, Lita/Trish ended up winning. -The Hardys Match. It was Dudleyz -vs- Hardyz -vs- some WCW team (Lance storm maybe and someone else) -vs- Edge and Christian. Matt kept saying to E & C. It's WWF vs WCW. Well, Lita was in my corner like a foot to 2 feet away from me. She kept looking back. Some asses behind me kept telling her to pull her pants down and she kept pulling them up. They were being jerks anyway so LOL. Well the Hardys won that match! Awesome. You know how Jeff chews gum all the time. Well he spit it out b4 he went in the ring. I got Bubba Ray Dudleys arm tape that he ripped off and threw it towards the announcer! So I reached through the fence and got it. Well when the Hardys won the match they ran out like they usually do and Lita ran behind them, but she stopped and looked back at me. That was awesome! Then I didn't go to bed until like 2am. I wanted to go to the signing in Trumbull, CT the next day, but I woke up at 8am I wanted to get up at 6am. Well, I decided to go anyway. I left at like 10am. We got there at 1:30 pm. I live near Albany NY so it was pretty far. When I got there I headed for a ATM grabbed a 150 bucks and jetted to the signing. Well, the line was long. I was all by myself. I had bought 5 autograph tickets and 1 Polaroid ticket. I got up there and I got my Team Xtreme Jakks set signed, I got my Raw Deal Lita Moonsault card signed, my 7/14 Albany NY front row ticket stub signed, and a photo that I printed from the night b4 (I took w/ my sony mavica digital camera). She looked at it and said "were you there last night, I remember you" I said yeah I had front row tix" and then she says "yeah you were right behind me I saw you". She even remembered what shirt I wore (Which was the Lita Purple shirt). Maybe my 2 blue barbells in my left eyebrow stood out or because I was quiet and not yelling anything like the others. Plus I look like I'm 16 sometimes even younger (even though I'm 21). People tend to think I am always mad (just by my face) even though I'm not. I don't really like to show emotions or actions in front of the public. But I was smiling and opened right up when she said she remembered me. About a month ago I had sent out a package w/ a letter on how she is helping me and etc. I included photos and etc. Maybe she recognized me. I asked to see her tattoo on the inside of her lip and she showed me. She goes "My hands are dirty" and carefully pulled her lip down. Then I told her how my sister got me Jeff Hardys gum and there was a blue hair in it. She laughed. I swear I was up there for like 2 or 3 minutes. She was the one that mentioned remembering me first. I didn't say anything at first until she said that cause I'm kinda shy and quiet. It was so awesome and she is so nice!
