Anne Marie's Sixth Encounter: Lita Signing--Syracuse, NY 05.31.03
May 31st 2003. I left the house at 7:30am. I wanted to leave earlier but I had to wake the 3 kids and get them ready. My sister and her BF had to both work so I had to bring them. We get there at about 10:30 am. But we had to park in this lot about 2 blocks away. It was cold so I let Scotty borrow my V1 Mattitude shirt. The line wasn't really long. I was looking for my friend Steve who was going to meet us there. So, we get in line and these 2 kids get behind us in line and he looked familiar so I ask him if his name is Steve? He says yeah and he was looking for us and was trying to call my cell phone. It was too funny because it was like really good timing. So we exchange autographs, because he had gotten me an auto from Hurricane and I had gotten him Spike Dudley and Tommy Dreamer. We waited in line talking and etc. Finally we get towards the front and I can see her new puppy. Then it was our turn to go up. She is such an awesome person and I can't express that enough times. She asked me if I seen her new puppy. I was like yeah he’s so cute. I asked where he was because he wasn’t with her at that moment. Then she said he was going for a walk. I asked what his name was and she said Mason. She let us come back in later on after the signing was over and we talked for a few minutes. She is a really great person. She also talked to the dj sitting next to her over the radio. I couldn’t hear what they were saying. I was off to the side.
